This study was undertaken to identify the status and levels of air pollution inside the Kasr el manial museum after seven years from our previous measurement during the year 1998 . Consequently, an air quality sampling program was designed and implemented to collect the concentrations of, nitrogen dioxide, sulphur dioxide, ammonia and smoke. Over a two months periodduring the year 2005, a 24-h average concentrations were calculated from the samples collected at the indoor environment of Kasr el manial museum .
