الملخص :
تتضمن الدراسة البردية JE. 95638 بالمتحف المصرى والتى تمثل النسخة المختصرة من كتاب الإمى دوات ومقارنتها بما نُقش بمقبرة تحتمس الثالث من الأسرة 18 وما خط ببردية برلين 3001 من الأسرة 21، وأيضا سيتم مقارنة بعض الكلمات من مصادر أثرية أخرى، وتتميز البردية رقم JE. 95638 بتوجيه الكاهن حديثة لرع حور أختى وليس إلى أمون رع وهو الوضع غير المألوف عقائدياً، وتعتمد الدراسة على ترجمة عدد من نصوص لتحديد الفروق فيما بينها وبين ما سُجل بالمصادر الثلاثة، التى توضح رحلة مركب الشمس منذ لحظة اختفائها و حتى ساعاتها الأولى فى العالم الآخر وحتى ولادتها كما هو مسجل فى المقابر، لقد احتوت البردية رقم JE. 95638 على عشر ساعات فقط كُتبت بأسلوب مختصر و تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على أهمية النصوص الجنائزية في فهم المعتقدات المصرية القديمة حول الحياة والموت، وتكشف عن كيفية تسجيل الرحلات الليلية، والجدير بالذكر أنه سبق نشر تلك البردية محل الدراسة من قبل الدكتور أحمد عبد الحميد يوسف بصورة مختصرة. A written translation and interpretation of the funerary hours 1-10 of the Amy-Duat in the Brief Papyri Abstract :
This research study of the Papyrus JE. 95638 in the Egyptian Museum, which represents brief version of the Book of imy-Duat, and a comparison with both the tomb of Thutmose III of the 18th Dynasty and Papyrus Berlin 3001 of the 21st Dynasty. Some words from other archaeological sources will also be compared. Papyrus JE. 95638 is distinguished by the fact that the priest addresses his words to Ra-Horakhty and not to Amun-Ra, which is unusual. The study relies on the translation of a number of papyrus texts to identify differences between them and what was recorded in the tombs from the three sources, which illustrate the journey of the solar boat from the moment of its disappearance until its first hours in the afterlife and until its birth as recorded in the tombs, as Papyrus JE. 95638 contains only ten abbreviated hours. This study highlights the importance of funerary texts in understanding ancient Egyptian beliefs about life and death, and reveals how nocturnal journeys were recorded. It is worth noting that the papyrus under study was previously referred to by Dr. Abdel Hamid Youssef in a brief manner.
