تفنيد نتائج أعمال المسح الأثري والحفائر غير الشرعية لإسرائيل فى سيناء من واقع الحفائر والدراسات الأثرية بعد زوال الاحتلال

الملخص:
يستهدف هذا البحث إلى تفنيد نتائج أعمال التنقيب والمسح الاثري التى قامت بها السلطات الإسرائيلية إبان احتلال سيناء عقب حرب ١٩٦٧م، تلك الأعمال الغير شرعية تنتهك اتفاقية لاهاى لعام ١٩٥٤م والتى تلزم الدول باحترام الممتلكات الثقافية اثناء النزاعات المسلحة، قام جيش الاحتلال خلال ١٥ عام بالإشراف على اعمال المسح والتنقيب بمشاركة جامعات ومعاهد إسرائيلية انخرط فيها متخصصين وغيرهم من هواة وطلاب قاموا باعمال واسعة من رفح للقنطرة وفى وسط وجنوب سيناء، بالإضافة إلى قيام قادة كبار فى جيش الاحتلال ومن ابرزهم موشي ديان رئيس الأركان بنهب مواقع أثرية.
كشفت تلك الأعمال عن عدد ضخم من الآثار المنقولة، يرى الباحث: أن هذه الأنشطة التى افتقرت الى المنهجية العلمية كانت تستهدف تهويد تاريخ سيناء ونسبه إلى الكنعانيين، حيث تضمنت نبش قبور وتلال أثرية، مع استنتاجات مشوهة للتاريخ وتزوير متعمد كالنقش برموز يهودية مزيفة، كما أنها اتسمت بقصر المدة الزمنية وعدم القيام باعمال ترميم، إضافة إلى تجاهل أدلة أثرية وتوظيف بعض الأعمال لتحقيق مكاسب مادية، ويوثق البحث هذه الانتهاكات استنادًا إلى المصادر الإسرائيلية، ويفند ما تم نشره بمعرفة المحتل مقارنه بالاعمال الاثرية عقب زوال الاحتلال.
Refuting the results of the Israel's illegal archaeological survey and excavation activities in Sinai based on the excavations and archaeological studies after the end of the occupation
Abstract:
This research focuses on the illegal archaeological surveys and excavations carried out by the Israeli occupation authorities. Israel spent fifteen years in Sinai after occupying it in 1967. They sent numerous archaeological missions in which most of Israeli archaeologists and their students participated. These missions were affiliated with universities, institutes, and even individuals, as the occupation army took charge of archaeological excavations, in violation of the 1954 Hague Convention which obligated states in times of armed conflict to protect cultural property and prevent any hostile acts. Israel excavated sites and surveyed areas from Rafah to Qantara, and in the middle and southern Sinai. Their aim was to Judaize Sinai history and attribute it to the Canaanites.
These activities, which lasted until 1982, resulted in the discovery of a large number of artifacts, including the famous collection of Moshe Dayan, former Chief of Staff. In this article, the author has listed these activities based on Israeli sources and publications and refuted the results of their research, based on the excavations and archaeological studies after the end of the occupation.
