النـتـائـج والتوصیـات:
توصلت الباحثة - بناء على دراسة المصادر الأدبیة والوثائقیة ومجموعات النقود البطلمیة والسکندریة - إلى النتائج التالیة:
1) لم تصدر مصر قط خلال العصرین البطلمى والرومانى نقودًا من أى نوع من أنواع الزجاج.
2) تمثل القطع - قید النشر- بطاقات منحة الغلال التى تعد وسیلة لا غنى عنها للفرد؛ کى یحصل على حصته من منحة الغلال.
3) لم یتم العثور على أعداد کبیرة من هذه البطاقات الزجاجیة؛ لأنه کان یتم التخلص منها فور إنتهاء صلاحیتها، وبناء علیه فإن حیازة المتحف المصرى لبعض من هذه البطاقات یعد حیازة نادرة.
وتوصى الباحثة بتعدیل ما ورد من تصنیف فى سجل المتحف المصرى، على الأقل بعدم اعتبار هذه القطع "نقودًا من الزجاج". هذا بالإضافة إلى أن القطع تحتاج إلى ترمیم قبل المحو الکامل لما علیها من بقایا طرز فنیة
